Terms of Purchase

The auctions are public and voluntary, with items submitted by various owners.

Once the hammer falls, the item is at the buyer’s expense and risk, but ownership does not transfer until the purchase price plus a 20% fee is fully paid. Payment must be made within three business days after the auction concludes.

Items are sold as-is at the time of the auction and can be inspected beforehand. We strive to provide as much information as possible about the items but disclaim responsibility for any errors or omissions. Complaints after the sale will not be accepted. For artworks, an additional 5% BKH fee will be added to the hammer price.

Price estimates reflect the anticipated market value but may vary depending on competition during bidding.

All bids are binding, and bidders are obligated to comply with auction laws.

Proceeds for sold items are paid out 30 days after the auction.

Some items in the auction come from the company’s inventory, marked with (*).

Winners can request shipping for their items. Smaller items will be sent via post, while larger items will be shipped using the buyer's preferred transport service.

If you are unable to follow the auction, you can place a maximum bid, and the system will bid on your behalf.

Items won at auction are stored free of charge for seven days. Beyond this period, storage fees of NOK 200 per week will apply unless otherwise agreed.
